Laird and Lady Muck ChairsThis is one of the side walls of the great hall in Comlongon Castle - the one we're getting married in (Oct 2004). Sandra just had to try sitting in one of these ancient ceremonial chairs. She now keeps reminding me that the next time we sit in them we'll have been married for only moments. You can see the armour breastplates, pikes and a sword hanging on the wall. The atmoshphere is something you can only feel when you're actually there... but these photos help to bring it all back :) |
