Cricket at Manaton

Sandra and I stayed with friends in Chewton Magna. Bob was playing for his local cricket team, the MCC no less - Manaton Cricket Club, at home in Devon.
The picture shows him having a dig at an outswinger but missing - lucky 'cos the wicket keeper had it covered.

It's a quintessentially typical english scene with the cricket pitch next to the village church (behind where I took the piccy).
