Stonehenge

That magic, mysterious place, even on an overcast day, brought back dim, half-formed memories of our prehistoric past, maybe radiated from the stones themselves (naw!!) but still, there's a feeling of power there and a feeling of being in touch, almost, with those ancient ancestors who worshiped and caroused here.

or maybe that's just me.. :)

The visitor centre is being upgraded as is access generally.. more info here
